All the cultures are present in the US. This diversity deserves a program of development and a Secretary in DC.

Let's have a project. It is a question of necessity. It is the moment to affirm we are starting a second step of our USA. We have to modernize our Federation and our 50 States.
Let's have a project. What we must hope: it's the world unity. Inspired by this, we want more solidarity with our minorities.
If elected, I won't look for a second mandate but prepare my vice-President to do the same: to be sure we won't slow down our policy to upgrade the United States for the 21st century.
To symbolize the future expansion of our States, the creation of a NEW CITY at the geographic center of the USA territory would be emblematic. I propose the name of REAGAN for it, with hundreds thousands residents before 2050. Nancy Reagan is now with Ronald forever in our project.
Let's build a new Country with the old One.
